This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs subscription cancellations and refund requests for Elimvia LMS (“Elimvia”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By subscribing to or using paid features of Elimvia LMS, you agree to this policy.
1. Subscription Plans
Elimvia LMS offers subscription-based services that may be billed:

Monthly

Annually
-
Per institution or per user (as applicable)
Subscription details, pricing, and billing cycles are displayed at the point of purchase.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 How to Cancel

Subscriptions can be cancelled by the account owner or institution administrator.

Cancellation may be done through the platform dashboard or by contacting support at support@elimvia.com.
2.2 Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

No further charges will be made after the current period expires.

Access to paid features will end when the subscription period concludes.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 General Rule
All payments made to Elimvia LMS are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated in this policy or required by applicable law.
3.2 Trial Periods

If a free trial is offered, no charges will apply during the trial period.

Once the trial ends and payment is made, the subscription becomes non-refundable.
3.3 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

Duplicate or accidental charges

System billing errors attributable to Elimvia

Service unavailability for an extended period caused solely by Elimvia
Refunds are not provided for:

Partial use of the subscription period

Change of mind after purchase

Failure to cancel before renewal

Lack of usage or inactivity

Institutional, administrative, or user configuration issues
3.4 Refund Request Process
To request a refund:

Include your account name, registered email, transaction reference, and reason for request

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date
Elimvia reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests at its sole discretion.
4. Processing of Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Transaction or processing fees charged by third parties may be deducted where applicable.
5. Plan Changes & Downgrades

Upgrading a plan takes effect immediately and may incur prorated charges.

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

No refunds are issued for downgrades during an active subscription period.
6. Institutional Accounts
For school or institutional subscriptions:

Contracts, invoices, and custom agreements may override this policy

Any exceptions must be documented in writing and agreed upon by both parties
7. Policy Changes
Elimvia reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
