Welcome to Elimvia LMS (“Elimvia”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Elimvia Learning Management System, website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using Elimvia LMS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

  1. You must be authorized by your school, institution, organization, or guardian to use Elimvia LMS.

  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  3. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

  4. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2. User Roles

Elimvia LMS supports multiple user roles, including:

  • Students

  • Teachers

  • Administrators

  • Parents/Guardians

Access rights and permissions depend on the assigned role and institutional configuration.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

  • Share login credentials or impersonate others

  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

  • Disrupt or interfere with system security or performance

  • Access data or accounts without authorization

  • Harass, abuse, or violate the rights of others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

4. Educational Content

  1. Content uploaded by institutions, teachers, or users remains their property.

  2. By submitting content, you grant Elimvia a non-exclusive, limited license to host, display, and process the content solely for providing the Services.

  3. Elimvia does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or educational outcomes of any content.

5. Subscriptions & Payments (If Applicable)

  1. Some features may require paid subscriptions.

  2. Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are displayed at the point of purchase.

  3. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  4. We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

  1. Elimvia LMS, including its software, branding, logos, and design, is owned by Elimvia or its licensors.

  2. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services without written permission.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. By using Elimvia LMS, you consent to such processing.

8. Service Availability

  1. We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

  2. The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

  3. Elimvia is not liable for loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access:

  • If you violate these Terms

  • If required by law

  • Upon request by the institution administering your account

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Elimvia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Elimvia does not guarantee academic performance or results.

  • Use of the Services is at your own risk.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elimvia, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Services

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Content you upload or share

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where Elimvia operates, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

13. Changes to These Terms
